An American Style Pale Ale, generously late hopped with Amarillo hops. Additional dry hopping with your favourite American hop can enhance this beer.

We supply Safale US-05 Ale yeast with the kit, but works very well with White Labs WLP001 California Ale, or any other American ale yeast of your choice.
