Ann,Thomas Cooper's first wife was an innkeeper's daughter, Thomas used her fathers recipe for his first beer.

An ale with a deep, golden amber colour, full malt driven palate, a distinctive fruitiness with banana esters, generously hopped with a clean bitter finish and a strong creamy head.

Recommended to be brewed with 1kg of #15 Brew Enhancer.

Alternatively you may like to try using 1kg of Light Dried Malt and add 12g of Pride of Ringwood Finishing Hops. To upgrade the yeast use a Safale US-05
