ESB Fresh Wort Kit - XPA

A XPA (Extra Pale Ale) is a recent US style, that is somewhere inbetween a American Pale Ale and a India Pale Ale. This beer is a hop forward beer with a bigger but gentler taste. With the low to moderate maltiness this helps the citrusy hop character to be the star of the show. 

We supply Safale US-05 Ale yeast with the kit, but works very well with White Labs WLP051 California V Ale.
